"Originally I thought it was going to be a very mechanical process like, step one, step two, step three, step four. But what was really most important to me was that I learned a lot about myself, and we went deeper into my heart, how I relate to the world, and how the real world relates back to me. Then we just kind of eased into the mechanical parts. I thought that was really great because I needed to ramp up to fix me first a little bit and then go to the mechanics of the business."
